Job Description

About the Role

The Product Sales Manager position at Adistec is a critical role that focuses on the offer of products, business development, closure of sales, and support and development of channels for assigned brands. This is a remote position that requires a high level of autonomy and self-motivation. As a key member of the sales team, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth and revenue through the development of new sales channels and the maintenance of existing relationships.

The role entails working closely with various stakeholders, including manufacturers, sales teams, and marketing departments. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the technology sector, particularly in cybersecurity, and be able to develop and execute effective sales strategies.

What You Will Do

  • Obtain the quota of manufacturers assigned and develop business plans to achieve sales targets
  • Maintain and improve commercial relations with channels and manufacturers' sales teams
  • Create engaging activities with channel sellers to generate an accurate pipeline and forecast
  • Coordinate with the Education department to develop training programs and events
  • Forecast and follow up with Sales Managers and vendors
  • Manage quotations, pricing lists, SKUs, and opportunity management
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals
  • Provide sales performance reports and insights to stakeholders

What We Are Looking For

  • Graduate or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent field
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in the commercial atmosphere, preferably in the technology sector
  • Bilingual (Spanish & English) with high-level writing skills in both languages
  • Proficiency in Excel and Windows OS
  • Strong understanding of the technology sector, particularly in cybersecurity
  • Experience in sales, marketing, or business development
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
