About the Role
As a Product Sales Manager at Adistec, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our cybersecurity products. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing business plans to achieve sales targets, while maintaining and improving commercial relationships with key stakeholders. You will be the primary point of contact for channel sales, working closely with sales teams, marketing, and product management to develop and execute go-to-market strategies.The role is highly dynamic and requires a strong understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, as well as excellent sales and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for creating engaging activities to generate demand and drive sales growth.

What You Will Do
- Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales targets for assigned products
- Maintain and improve commercial relationships with key stakeholders, including channel sales teams, marketing, and product management
- Create engaging activities to generate demand and drive sales growth
- Coordinate with the Education department to develop training programs for sales teams
- Work closely with the Engineering Sales Specialist to develop and execute technical sales strategies
- Forecast sales and follow up with Sales Manager and vendors
- Manage quotations, pricing lists, SKUs, and opportunity management
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the cybersecurity market and competitive landscape
- Provide regular sales reports and insights to management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies
What We Are Looking For
- Graduate or Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or equivalent field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the commercial atmosphere, preferably in the technology sector
- Bilingual (Spanish & English) with a high level of proficiency in writing for both languages
- Proficiency in Excel and Windows OS
- Strong understanding of the cybersecurity landscape and market trends
- Excellent sales and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Knowledge of marketing automation platforms
- Certification in cybersecurity or a related field
- Experience working in a remote team environment
