Production AI Innovation Lead (Contract, Remote)

What You Will Do

• Research and test AI tools relevant to learning content production to identify the most effective solutions.
• Refine workflows to ensure output quality meets the required standard, then document and standardize these processes.
• Train the production team on new tools and processes you have validated, ensuring a smooth transition and adoption.
• Build courses and learning assets using the workflows you develop, showcasing your ability to create engaging and effective learning content.
• Own the full cycle of strategy, testing, operationalization, and delivery, demonstrating your capability to manage projects from start to finish.
• Collaborate with the team to identify areas where AI can enhance learning content production, driving innovation and efficiency.
• Develop and implement data visualization and visual storytelling techniques to enhance learning materials.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in AI and learning technology, applying this knowledge to improve processes and outcomes.
• Contribute to the development of the company's learning strategy, ensuring it aligns with the latest in AI and educational technology.
• Work closely with the design and educational teams to ensure consistency and quality in all learning materials.

What We Are Looking For

• Proficiency in Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop, with a portfolio that demonstrates your design skills.
• A solid foundation in composition, typography, and color theory, with the ability to apply these principles in digital design.
• Experience with data visualization and visual storytelling, with examples of how you have effectively communicated complex information.
• A genuine enthusiasm for AI, with a track record of experimenting with AI tools and technologies.
• Ability to move from testing to documentation to teaching without losing momentum, demonstrating your versatile skill set.
• Strong self-organization, with the ability to run an open-ended initiative with minimal direction.
• Experience in training or teaching, with the ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies, with the ability to apply these in a remote work environment.
• A degree in Design, Education, or a related field, with relevant work experience in a similar role.
