About the Role
The Production AI Innovation Lead role at INFUSE is a unique opportunity to drive AI experimentation and design craft in a remote setting. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for researching and testing AI tools relevant to learning content production, refining workflows, and training the production team on new tools and processes. This role requires a strong foundation in composition, typography, and color theory, as well as experience with data visualization and visual storytelling.The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual with a genuine enthusiasm for AI and a passion for building innovative learning experiences. You will be working closely with a diverse team of professionals from around the globe, and will be expected to communicate effectively and work collaboratively to achieve shared goals.

What You Will Do
- Research and test AI tools relevant to learning content production
- Refine workflows until output quality meets the required standard
- Document and standardize workflows for future use
- Train the production team on new tools and processes
- Build courses and learning assets using the workflows you develop
- Own the full cycle of strategy, testing, operationalization, and delivery
- Collaborate with the design team to develop and implement new design concepts
- Work with the production team to develop and deliver high-quality learning content
- Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure consistency and accuracy
What We Are Looking For
- Proficiency in Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Solid foundation in composition, typography, and color theory
- Experience with data visualization and visual storytelling
- Genuine AI enthusiasm and a passion for building innovative learning experiences
- Ability to move from testing to documentation to teaching without losing momentum
- Strong self-organization and ability to work independently
- Experience with AI experimentation and design craft
- Knowledge of learning theory and instructional design principles
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
