Production AI Innovation Lead (Contract, Remote)

About the Role

The day-to-day responsibilities will involve staying updated with the latest AI trends and technologies, experimenting with these tools to find the best applications in learning content production, and documenting and standardizing workflows. The ability to move from testing to documentation to teaching without losing momentum is crucial. This role will also involve building courses and learning assets using the developed workflows, essentially owning the full cycle of strategy, testing, operationalization, and delivery.

What You Will Do

• Research and test AI tools relevant to learning content production to identify the most effective solutions.
• Refine workflows until output quality meets the required standards, then document and standardize them for team use.
• Train the production team on new tools and processes that have been validated through experimentation.
• Build courses and learning assets using the workflows developed, ensuring they meet the highest quality standards.
• Own the full cycle of strategy, testing, operationalization, and delivery for AI-driven learning content production.
• Collaborate with the design and education teams to integrate AI solutions into learning experiences.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of AI tools, workflows, and best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI and its applications in education.
• Participate in the planning and implementation of projects that integrate AI and design principles.
• Contribute to the development of the company's AI strategy and its application in learning content production.

What We Are Looking For

• Proficiency in Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop, with a solid foundation in composition, typography, and color theory.
• Experience with data visualization and visual storytelling, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply.
• A genuine AI enthusiasm, with a track record of following the space, experimenting independently, and thinking in systems.
