Production Manager

## About the Role As a Production Manager at Elevenlabs, you will play a critical role in driving the success of the company's Productions wing, which provides managed services to creators and media businesses. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the production of high-quality audio content, including dubs, audiobooks, and other audio engineering services. You will work closely with the Productions team to ensure seamless project delivery, quality control, and process optimization.

The Productions team at Elevenlabs is responsible for bringing together the company's AI audio tools and human expertise to unlock human-edited dubs, audiobooks, and more in 15+ languages directly on the Elevenlabs platform. Recent projects include dubbing for some of the world's biggest creators and media businesses, audiobook production for leading publishers, and voice creation, sound design, and other audio engineering services for Elevenlabs' largest customers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management, preferably in the audio or media industry. You will be responsible for onboarding and training linguists and other audio professionals to use the Elevenlabs platform, building quality control and monitoring systems, and defining the editorial line and creative direction for your language team.

## What You Will Do - Onboard and train linguists and other audio professionals to use the Elevenlabs platform - Build quality control and monitoring systems for your language team to ensure high-quality content delivery - Define the editorial line and set the creative direction for your language team, including style guides, voice casting, translation, and adaptation principles - Work closely with the Productions product and engineering team to optimize tools and processes for high-quality content creation - Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and drive growth - Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery - Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, linguists, and other audio professionals - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in audio production and AI technology - Continuously evaluate and improve processes to ensure efficiency and quality

## What We Are Looking For - 3+ years of experience in production management, preferably in the audio or media industry - Strong knowledge of audio production processes and technologies - Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Strong attention to detail and quality control - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities - Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze problems and develop creative solutions - Proficiency in Excel and other productivity tools - Experience working with AI technology and audio tools is a plus

## Nice to Have - Experience working with freelance teams or remote teams - Knowledge of multiple languages, particularly those supported by Elevenlabs - Experience with audio editing software, such as Audacity or Adobe Audition - Certification in audio production or a related field
