About the Role

GitLab is seeking a Professional Services Technical Architect to lead the technical direction of customer engagements.

Responsibilities

  • Lead technical direction of customer engagements from scoping to delivery
  • Design high-level architectures and implementation plans for GitLab infrastructure and functionality
  • Coordinate and guide implementation work across GitLab Professional Services and partner consultants
  • Support customers deploying GitLab in cloud and on-premises environments using tools like Terraform, Ansible, and the GitLab Environment Toolkit
