About the Role
GitLab is seeking a Professional Services Technical Architect to lead the technical direction of customer engagements.Responsibilities
- Lead technical direction of customer engagements from scoping to delivery
- Design high-level architectures and implementation plans for GitLab infrastructure and functionality
- Coordinate and guide implementation work across GitLab Professional Services and partner consultants
- Support customers deploying GitLab in cloud and on-premises environments using tools like Terraform, Ansible, and the GitLab Environment Toolkit
