Your mission is to transform the program management function from a reactive 'order-taking' approach to a proactive, strategic partnership that drives growth and excellence.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze operating data, identify bottlenecks, and redesign intake infrastructure for increased scalability and automation. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's marketing operations, driving efficiency, innovation, and customer satisfaction.

## Nice to Have - Experience with other MarTech tools and platforms - Certification in marketing automation or a related field - Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools - Experience in managing remote or distributed teams - Certification in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum)
