About the Role
Anthropic is looking for a senior program leader to serve as the organizational backbone of their fast-growing Global Safety, Intelligence & Security function. This role involves building policies, processes, systems, and metrics to enable the function to scale.Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the policy and procedure library across GSIS domains
- Stand up and own the GSIS metrics and reporting framework
- Stand up net-new capabilities in response to emerging risks or strategic priorities
- Act as intake and triage for high-priority stakeholder requests
- Build and maintain audit-ready records
