Job Description

About the Role

The Program Manager - Medicare Analytics will provide critical support to Molina Healthcare's functional areas through program management and process improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Drive operational excellence by creating key policies and streamlining workflows
  • Ensure robust internal controls and management of program controls
  • Develop and maintain documentation of policy, workflow, and process

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of Program and/or Project management experience, or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
  • Operational Process Improvement experience
  • Managed Care experience, preferably in a shared service, CoE or matrixed environment
  • Experience with Microsoft Project and Visio
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
