About the Role
The Program Manager - Medicare Analytics will provide critical support to Molina Healthcare's functional areas through program management and process improvement.Responsibilities
- Drive operational excellence by creating key policies and streamlining workflows
- Ensure robust internal controls and management of program controls
- Develop and maintain documentation of policy, workflow, and process
Requirements
- At least 4 years of Program and/or Project management experience, or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
- Operational Process Improvement experience
- Managed Care experience, preferably in a shared service, CoE or matrixed environment
- Experience with Microsoft Project and Visio
- Strong presentation and communication skills
