About the Role

The Program Manager will play a critical role in overseeing the comprehensive framework for data quality, remediation, and operational support for a DHS Component. This involves collaborating closely with stakeholders to ensure the effective delivery of data integrity initiatives, including data cleanup, error resolution, and AI validation. The successful candidate will lead a team, guiding the execution of prioritized data quality projects that support law enforcement actions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency while adhering to privacy and security protocols.

What You Will Do

  • Manage stakeholder engagement to ensure alignment between operational and technical teams

  • Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned documentation
  • Lead an interdisciplinary team in the execution of data quality projects
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and in compliance with organizational standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize data quality initiatives
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans and schedules
  • Identify and mitigate risks to project timelines and budgets
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, particularly involving data analysis, quality assurance, or law enforcement-related projects
  • Demonstrated experience in leading multidisciplinary teams and managing complex technical projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
  • SECRET Security clearance or the ability to obtain one, as required for accessing sensitive data
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Experience with data governance frameworks and performance metrics
  • Ability to drive continuous improvement and implement process enhancements

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with AI validation and data cleanup initiatives
  • Knowledge of law enforcement actions and operations
  • Familiarity with DHS Components and their data quality requirements
  • Certification in data analysis or a related field
