About the Role
The Risk Operations Enablement team at Stripe is responsible for building and operating core business and strategic programs. As a Program Manager, you will design and stand up quality assurance frameworks, processes, and measurement systems, and scale them across the broader Risk Operations organization.Responsibilities
- Lead complex global programs from initial scoping to design and execution
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across Risk Operations, Risk Product, and other teams to prioritize and maximize the impact of your projects
- Design and launch programs to improve the user experience and prevent bad actors from exploiting Stripe's systems
