About the Role

GrowthAssistant is seeking a Programmatic Ad Operations Specialist to ensure the flawless execution of high-stakes digital ad campaigns. This remote, full-time role is based in the Philippines and requires a detail-oriented individual with programmatic expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Perform rigorous campaign QA checks across DSPs, including Audiomatic and Basis
  • Upload creatives and implement accurate swaps based on creative grids
  • Manage third-party measurement tags and track platform pixels
  • Monitor campaign pacing and delivery, identifying potential issues before they impact performance

Requirements

  • 1+ years of programmatic experience in a DSP environment
  • 2+ years of experience in campaign setup, QA, or trafficking in digital ad platforms
  • Strong understanding of tracking infrastructure and ad-tech implementation
  • Intermediate Excel/Google Sheets skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Audio or CTV programmatic buys
  • Familiarity with Audiomatic, Basis, or Podscribe
