About the Role
The Programmatic Analyst position at PEOPLEHUNT is a critical component of the company's digital marketing strategy. As a key member of the team, the successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing programmatic campaigns across various platforms. This role entails working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute targeted advertising initiatives that drive engagement, conversions, and revenue growth. The Programmatic Analyst will report to the Senior Marketing Manager and collaborate with data analysts, creatives, and media planners to ensure seamless campaign execution.The day-to-day responsibilities of this role will involve analyzing campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing data-driven optimizations to maximize ROI. The Programmatic Analyst will also be responsible for staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to ensure PEOPLEHUNT remains at the forefront of programmatic innovation.

What You Will Do
- Develop and execute programmatic campaigns across multiple platforms, including display, video, mobile, and social media
- Analyze campaign performance using data and analytics tools, identifying areas for improvement and implementing optimizations to maximize ROI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data analysts, creatives, and media planners, to ensure seamless campaign execution
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to ensure PEOPLEHUNT remains at the forefront of programmatic innovation
- Design and implement A/B testing and experiments to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future marketing strategies
- Work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager to develop and execute targeted advertising initiatives that drive engagement, conversions, and revenue growth
- Manage and optimize campaign budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and maximizing ROI
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and internal teams
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the development of innovative marketing strategies and campaigns
- Stay abreast of industry developments, attending conferences, webinars, and workshops to stay current and network with peers
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in programmatic advertising, preferably in a similar role or industry
- Strong understanding of programmatic platforms, including DSPs, SSPs, and ad exchanges
- Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Excel, and SQL
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex data sets and develop creative solutions
- Experience with campaign optimization techniques, including A/B testing, retargeting, and lookalike targeting
- Familiarity with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies in programmatic advertising
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field

- Experience with machine learning and AI-powered advertising solutions
- Certification in Google Analytics or other relevant platforms
- Familiarity with agile project management methodologies and tools like Jira or Asana
