About the Role
The Programmatic Sales Contractor role at FloSports, Inc. is a unique opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join a cutting-edge sports media company. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through programmatic channels, optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI, and developing strategic partnerships with top brands. Your day-to-day activities will involve working closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and ad operations, to identify new business opportunities and expand existing relationships.The programmatic sales landscape is rapidly evolving, and as a contractor with FloSports, Inc., you will be at the forefront of this change. You will have the opportunity to work with a range of ad tech platforms, including demand-side platforms (DSPs), supply-side platforms (SSPs), and ad exchanges. Your expertise in campaign optimization, ad targeting, and bid management will be essential in driving revenue growth and delivering high-quality campaign results for clients.
In this role, you will report directly to the Director of Sales and will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about delivering exceptional results. You will have the opportunity to work with a range of internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product teams, to develop and execute strategic sales plans that drive business growth.
What You Will Do
- Develop and execute programmatic sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand existing relationships with top brands
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and ad operations, to identify new business opportunities and optimize campaign performance
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute strategic sales plans that drive business growth
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in programmatic sales and ad tech
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at top brands and agencies
- Develop and deliver sales pitches, proposals, and presentations to prospective clients
- Work with ad ops team to troubleshoot campaign issues and optimize campaign performance
- Stay up-to-date with the latest ad tech platforms, including DSPs, SSPs, and ad exchanges
- Analyze campaign data and provide insights to internal stakeholders to inform future sales strategies
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in programmatic sales, ad tech, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of programmatic advertising, including DSPs, SSPs, and ad exchanges
- Experience working with ad tech platforms, including Google Ad Manager, Amazon TAM, and other leading platforms
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and delivering high-quality campaign results
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to develop and deliver compelling sales pitches and proposals
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze campaign data and provide insights to internal stakeholders
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

- Experience working with sports media companies or brands
- Knowledge of the sports media industry, including key trends and developments
- Experience working with data management platforms (DMPs) and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- Certification in Google Ad Manager or other ad tech platforms
