As a leader in the sales team, the Programmatic Sales Director will be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals. This will involve developing and implementing sales strategies, setting targets and objectives, and monitoring progress against key performance indicators.
What You Will Do
- Develop and execute programmatic sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling
- Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in programmatic sales
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement sales forecasts and pipelines, including setting targets and objectives
- Monitor progress against key performance indicators, including sales revenue, customer acquisition, and customer retention
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including regular communication and problem-solving
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales enablement tools and resources

- 5+ years of experience in programmatic sales, including experience in a leadership role
- Deep understanding of the programmatic landscape, including the latest trends, technologies, and best practices
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through the development and execution of programmatic sales strategies
- Strong leadership and management skills, including experience in managing and mentoring a team of sales professionals
