About the Role

A senior programmatic manager is a critical component of any digital marketing team, responsible for developing and executing programmatic ad campaigns that drive revenue and brand awareness. At Lunar Solar Group, the senior programmatic manager will play a key role in shaping the company's programmatic strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, optimize campaigns, and measure success. As a senior leader, this individual will also be responsible for mentoring junior team members, providing guidance and support to ensure the team's continued growth and success.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive programmatic strategies that drive revenue and brand awareness
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, analytics, and account management
  • Manage and optimize programmatic campaigns across multiple platforms and formats
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders, including campaign performance, ROI, and areas for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in programmatic ad tech, including new platforms, formats, and technologies
  • Mentor and support junior team members, providing guidance and feedback to ensure their continued growth and success
  • Work closely with the analytics team to develop and implement data-driven campaign optimization strategies
  • Identify and capitalize on emerging trends and opportunities in the programmatic space

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in programmatic advertising, with a focus on campaign management and optimization
  • Strong understanding of programmatic ad tech, including platforms, formats, and technologies
  • Experience working with multiple programmatic platforms, including DSPs, SSPs, and ad exchanges
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and develop actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape, including emerging trends and technologies
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
