About the Role

The Programs Support Officer role at 24x7 Direct is a unique opportunity for professionals with experience in program delivery, education, and training to join a dynamic team. As a Programs Support Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the preparation, planning, delivery, and reporting of programs according to the delivery schedule. Your expertise will be invaluable in ensuring seamless support for teams across Australia and the UK, working flexible hours to accommodate UK business hours.

The role involves working closely with the Program Manager/Director to liaise with key external stakeholders, including university and industry partners, to support program delivery. This includes student recruitment, program logistics, technical support, and reporting. Your ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate with global teams will be essential in this position.

What You Will Do

  • Support the preparation, planning, delivery, and reporting of programs according to the delivery schedule
  • Work with the Program Manager/Director to liaise with key external stakeholders, including university and industry partners
  • Provide support on technical configuration and testing requirements
  • Execute administrative requirements of program delivery, including community management, participant support, and managing workflows and documents
  • Facilitate workshops and ensure program monitoring, evaluation, and reporting
  • Manage and maintain duties in the Programs Calendar and Asana project lists across all programs
  • Lead Mentor recruitment and engagement for Micro Projects
  • Collaborate with relevant staff to ensure configuration and UAT are completed for all programs
  • Liaise with the Projects team to ensure all Clients/Projects are engaged, confirmed, and ready for program launches
  • Lead and manage all venue and facilitation requirements in place for program launches
  • Engage with the tech team for bug reporting and provide continuous product improvement feedback

What We Are Looking For

  • Minimum 1 year of professional experience working with students and/or early career graduates
  • Background in roles such as Graduate Recruitment, L&D, tertiary careers, Work Integrated Learning, or Student Experience
  • High energy and entrepreneurial drive
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly
  • Excellent presentation, communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
  • Creativity, optimism, and flexibility in the face of project changes and challenges
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications
  • Experience in STEM programs is a plus
  • Proficiency in Excel

Nice to Have

  • Experience in customer success, product management, community management, management consulting, innovation, marketing, and communications
  • Background in fields related to education and training
  • Knowledge of Asana and other project management tools
  • Experience working in a remote environment
