Job Description
About the Role
Caylent is looking for a Project Coordinator to enhance the Cloud Project Management team. In this fully remote role, you will work closely with engineering teams and client stakeholders to ensure project goals are met effectively.Responsibilities
- Manage all assigned projects, setting goals between clients and delivery teams.
- Plan and execute projects while conducting regular touchpoints.
- Act as Scrum Master, tracking sprint progress against timelines.
- Schedule and facilitate Daily Stand-Up meetings with delivery teams.
- Lead agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Sprint Demos, and Retrospectives.
- Collaborate with client Product Owners and Caylent Architects to author technical User Stories.
Requirements
- Experience managing large-scale projects with enterprise clients.
- Strong background in agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Empathy and a customer-obsessed mindset.
