About the Role

The Project Coordinator will provide essential support to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard.

Responsibilities

  • Manage project timelines and track deliverables
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records
  • Utilize Excel and Google Sheets to track project progress and identify areas for improvement

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination, operations, or administrative support
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Monday.com
  • Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills, including trackers, pivot tables, and conditional formatting

Nice to Have

  • PMP, CAPM, or Agile certification (or in progress)
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and sprint planning
  • Industry experience in SaaS, marketing, professional services, or construction
