About the Role

GE Vernova is seeking a Project Management Assistant to join their Gas Power Services business line in Europe. This role involves managing the end-to-end execution of purchase orders and contracts, ensuring timely project creation, demand placement, and follow-up.

Responsibilities

  • Manage purchase orders and contracts from customer order receipt to cash collection
  • Review and understand contractual and transactional terms
  • Set up projects in ERP systems and define financial plans
  • Oversee service, repair, and parts order processing
  • Support inventory management activities related to Contractual Services

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university
  • 5+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, sourcing, project management, or demand planning
  • Proficient in various ERP systems (SAP, Oracle Alpha, Excel) with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems
