About the Role
The Project Management Coordinator II plays a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of projects. As a key member of the project team, this individual will be responsible for creating and managing project schedules, allocating resources, and coordinating with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project management principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.The Project Management Coordinator II will work closely with the project manager and other team members to identify and mitigate potential project risks, develop and implement project plans, and ensure that all project deliverables are met. This is a remote role, and the successful candidate will be expected to work independently and collaboratively as part of a distributed team.
What You Will Do
- Create and manage project schedules, including setting milestones and deadlines
- Allocate resources and coordinate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Develop and maintain project plans, including identifying and mitigating potential risks
- Coordinate with team members to ensure all project deliverables are met
- Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders
- Identify and resolve project issues and problems
- Develop and maintain a professional relationship with team members and stakeholders
- Ensure that all project activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with the project manager to develop and implement project plans
- Prepare summary reports for management

- 2+ years of experience in project management or a related field
