About the Role
The Project Manager position at Hunt St is a critical component of the company's construction management team, operating in a similar capacity to a personal assistant to the Construction Manager. This role is responsible for ensuring that all projects are executed efficiently, on schedule, and within budget. Day-to-day, the successful candidate will be coordinating administrative functions, managing project timelines, and maintaining open lines of communication with site supervisors and the Construction Manager.The role is based in the Philippines and is an integral part of the company's international operations. As such, the ability to work independently and as part of a global team is paramount. The Project Manager will be working closely with various stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met, and that the highest standards of quality and safety are upheld.
In this fast-paced environment, the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain meticulous records is crucial. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in construction project coordination or administration, a strong working knowledge of construction software such as Buildertrend, and excellent organizational and time management skills.
What You Will Do
- Manage project schedules and timelines to ensure timely completion
- Coordinate with site supervisors and the Construction Manager to identify and mitigate potential project risks
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including but not limited to project plans, progress reports, and budget trackers
- Facilitate communication among team members, stakeholders, and external parties
- Assist in budget preparation and cost tracking, ensuring projects are delivered within budget
- Conduct site visits as necessary to monitor progress and address project issues
- Implement and maintain quality control measures in accordance with company standards
- Continuously review and improve project management processes to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with the construction team to resolve project-related issues
- Prepare and submit regular project updates to the management team
What We Are Looking For
- 2+ years of proven experience in construction project coordination or administration
- Strong working knowledge of Buildertrend or similar construction software
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Ability to work in a remote setting and collaborate with global teams
