About the Role
As a Project Manager 3 at Twilio, you will play a critical role in driving the tactical execution and operational delivery of complex cross-functional projects within Global Operations. Your expertise will be instrumental in transforming strategic vision into operational reality, ensuring every initiative moves through the lifecycle with precision and speed. You will be the engine of project execution, bridging the gap between business intent and technical execution.The role entails working closely with cross-functional teams, including Enterprise Technology and Global Operations, to ensure project scalability and total operational readiness. You will be responsible for cultivating deep partnerships across the Global Operations ecosystem, driving project momentum, and identifying and mitigating risks.

What You Will Do
- Translate abstract business needs into actionable, prioritized requirements by conducting end-to-end discovery
- Cultivate deep partnerships across the Global Operations ecosystem to ensure project scalability and total operational readiness
- Drive project momentum by maintaining accountability for timelines and holding cross-functional partners to deadlines
- Identify and mitigate risks by serving as an 'early warning system' and mapping complex dependencies across Enterprise Technology and Global Operations
- Generate high-signal, low-noise weekly status updates and maintain rigorous project documentation within Airtable
- Coordinate launch synchronization between Enterprise Technology releases and Global Operations enablement
- Ensure technical deliverables map perfectly to business-facing launch dates
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project outcomes are documented and impact is measured
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the tech industry
- Expertise in Excel and project management tools
- Strong understanding of cross-functional project execution and operational delivery
- Ability to cultivate deep partnerships across the Global Operations ecosystem
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to drive results and hold cross-functional partners to deadlines
- Experience with Agile project management methodologies
Nice to Have
- Experience with Airtable or similar project management tools
- Knowledge of programming languages, such as Python or Java
