About the Role
The Project Manager role at Aderant is a unique opportunity to work with a cutting-edge, global software company that is revolutionizing the legal industry. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple small to mid-size projects simultaneously, coordinating with all levels of staff and stakeholders across firms who will benefit from our comprehensive solutions. What You Will Do
- Lead the planning and implementation of projects
- Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Define project tasks and resource requirements
- Develop project plans
- Assemble and coordinate project staff
- Manage project budget
- Manage project resource allocation
- Plan and schedule project timelines
- Track project deliverables using the appropriate CRM and Professional Services Automation tools
- Provide direction and support to the project team
- Monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
- Present reports defining project progress, problems, and solutions
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree required
- 2-4 years experience leading complex software implementations for the full project life cycle
- A proven track record of successful project implementation in a software environment
- Project Team management experience
- Excellent client facing skills
- Experience using project management tools such as MS Project and Professional Services Automation tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
Nice to Have
- Experience in Global accounting Implementation or working experience with ERP systems
- Law firm practical experience including client facing, support, and administrative
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Agile)
- Experience with CRM and Professional Services Automation tools
