What You Will Do

• Lead all aspects of projects for clients, from inception to completion
• Allocate necessary resources to meet project objectives and customer satisfaction goals
• Direct and coordinate the work activities of project team members
• Oversee the development of complete project plans
• Manage schedules and budgets to ensure goal attainment
• Ensure that the three constraints (quality, cost, and time) are properly managed
• Utilize project management tools to analyze complex issues and develop resolutions
• Conduct project reviews throughout the life of the project
• Communicate directly with customers and internal stakeholders
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, systems engineering, and product development
• Manage competing interests and deliver high-quality results

What We Are Looking For

• Project management certification (PMP or equivalent)
• Strong technical background in two-way radio or cellular infrastructure communications products
• Experience with project management software and other common business software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to develop and maintain business relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Understanding of local public safety customers, such as police, fire, and emergency medical services

Nice to Have

• Experience with public safety communications systems, military communications, or enterprise software
• Familiarity with IT networks and infrastructure
• Certification in Agile or Scrum methodologies
