## About the Role The Project Manager will play a key role in driving initiatives within ALU Rwanda, ALCHE Mauritius, and ALUSB. This involves identifying, planning, executing, and monitoring projects that support strategic objectives. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and thrives in a dynamic educational environment. ## Responsibilities - Collaborate with department heads to identify key projects and define scope, objectives, and deliverables - Develop project proposals, including problem statements, proposed solutions, and success metrics - Manage project execution, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget - Track project progress, develop and maintain project documentation, and communicate updates to stakeholders - Build strong relationships with stakeholders, managing expectations and facilitating decision-making ## Requirements - Proficiency in Excel - Strategic mindset and excellent communication skills - Ability to manage complex projects and build strong stakeholder relationships
