About the Role
The Project Manager role at Break Something is a key position that will be responsible for managing 1-2 major client accounts across creative, media, and production workstreams. This role will be the operational hub, ensuring that all aspects of the campaign are executed flawlessly and on time. The successful candidate will be hyper-organized, detail-obsessed, and able to keep multiple moving parts on track. The role will involve working closely with the digital ads team, coordinating timelines, and managing approvals. The Project Manager will also be responsible for overseeing ad sequencing schedules and ensuring that the correct versions of ads are live. - Manage day-to-day project management for 1-2 major client accounts across creative, media, and production workstreams
- Coordinate with the digital ads team on ad placements, specs, trafficking timelines, and launch readiness
- Oversee ad sequencing schedules and ensure the correct versions of ads are live
- Maintain clean systems for file organization, naming conventions, version control, and asset delivery
- Help coordinate ad shoots, including scheduling, stakeholders, shot lists, and deliverables
- Keep post-production timelines on track and ensure that all aspects of the campaign are executed flawlessly
- Run status check-ins, flag risks early, and keep teams aligned on deadlines and next steps
- Manage multiple approval chains, tracking feedback, routing revisions, and documenting final sign-offs
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure that all assets are delivered on time and to the correct specifications
What We Are Looking For
- At least one full cycle of campaign experience, preferably in electoral, advocacy, or political advertising
- Demonstrated project management skill, including building timelines, managing dependencies, and pushing work to completion
- Excellent attention to detail and comfort juggling multiple parallel projects
- Strong written communication and follow-through
- Experience working with creative teams, media teams, and/or production workflows
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong organizational skills and ability to keep multiple stakeholders on track
- Familiarity with Excel and other project management tools
Nice to Have
- Experience working in the digital marketing industry
- Knowledge of advertising platforms and technologies
- Familiarity with agile project management methodologies
- Certification in project management or a related field
