Project Manager

About the Role

The Project Manager role is a key part of the company's project management team, reporting to the Senior Manager, Delivery Management. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from technology initiatives to business process improvements, and will be expected to apply your project management skills and expertise to drive results.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. You will be a skilled communicator, able to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels, and will have a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

What You Will Do

• Develop and execute project plans, including project scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including project sponsors, customers, and team members
• Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop mitigation plans as needed
• Coordinate and facilitate project team meetings, including status updates, progress reviews, and issue resolution
• Track and report project progress, including budget, schedule, and quality metrics
• Identify and implement process improvements, including lessons learned and best practices
• Collaborate with internal teams, including IT, finance, and operations, to ensure project alignment and support
• Manage vendor relationships, including contract management and performance monitoring
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, engineering, or computer science
• Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, preferably in a technology or retail environment
• Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools, including Agile and Waterfall
• Experience with project management software, including Microsoft Project, Asana, or Trello
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience with budgeting and financial management, including cost estimation and variance analysis
• Knowledge of IT concepts, including software development, infrastructure, and cloud computing

Nice to Have

• PMP or Scrum certification
• Experience with cloud-based project management tools, including Jira or Basecamp
• Knowledge of data analysis and reporting, including Excel, Tableau, or Power BI
• Experience with IT service management, including ITIL or COBIT
