## What You Will Do - Manage the planning and execution of multiple strategic initiatives and programs, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

  • Drive prioritization, scope control, and resource allocation to ensure that all initiatives are properly resourced and aligned with the company's goals.
  • Develop program plans, including financial justification, to support business cases and ensure that all stakeholders are aligned.
  • Establish communication strategies and program governance to ensure that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure accountability and timely delivery of milestones, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as they arise.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including technology, business, and operations, to ensure that all aspects of the project are properly managed and delivered.
  • Identify risks and issues, driving resolution with escalation as needed, and manage project dependencies and stakeholder alignment.
  • Facilitate communication across teams and leadership, driving enterprise-level change initiatives and ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects, prioritizing tasks and resources to ensure that all projects are delivered to the required standards.

## What We Are Looking For - Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as business administration, project management, or a similar discipline.
  • 5+ years of project management experience, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • 7+ years of overall business experience, with a strong understanding of business operations, finance, and strategy.
  • Experience managing complex transformation programs, with a focus on driving change and improvement.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in risk, operational, and change management, with a strong understanding of governance and compliance.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, prioritizing tasks and resources to ensure that all projects are delivered to the required standards.
