About the Role

The Project Manager role at I-COM Global is a key position that involves leading the launch of new initiatives and working groups within the organization. What You Will Do

  • Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of new initiatives and working groups
  • Optimize conversion funnels to drive engagement and growth
  • Oversee the launch of new councils and facilitate collaboration among stakeholders
  • Develop and implement structured processes and methodologies to streamline project workflows
  • Maintain clear and open communication with team members, stakeholders, and clients
  • Prioritize and organize daily workloads to meet project deadlines effectively
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation using Google Drive and iCloud
  • Generate reports to track project progress, identify key performance indicators, and communicate insights to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and alignment with organizational objectives
  • Foster and maintain smooth collaboration with other departments within the organization
  • Task management: prioritize and organize daily workloads to meet project deadlines effectively

What We Are Looking For

  • Extensive experience in creating new initiatives and communities from scratch
  • 3-5 years of experience in project management, demonstrating an understanding of project management principles
  • Experience in event management, demonstrating the ability to plan, coordinate, and execute online events effectively
  • Strong orientation toward structured processes and methodologies

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with a professional business standard
