About the Role
The Project Manager position at GE HealthCare is a critical role that involves overseeing the implementation of digital projects for the company's invasive products. As a remote project manager, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction and process productivity throughout the project installation. You will act as the primary liaison between GE and customer project teams, identifying responsibilities and deliverables, and creating a formal project implementation timeline.The role requires a strong understanding of project management principles, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be working with a cross-functional team, including sales, service, and contract resources, to ensure the successful implementation of projects. Your ability to work effectively in a remote setting, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines will be essential to your success.

What You Will Do
- Own the project management and implementation process for GEHC invasive products
- Review sales orders, create project plans, and coordinate resources
- Act as the primary liaison between GE and customer project teams
- Identify GE and customer responsibilities and deliverables
- Create and maintain formal project implementation timelines
- Track and communicate project progress, including kick-off, status updates, and closure
- Lead the implementation team during clinical "GoLive" of equipment
- Participate in process improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project implementation
- Manage competing priorities and meet scheduled project completion dates
- Provide visible and predictable project data for key business metrics and revenue forecasting
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of project management experience, or an associate's degree and a minimum of 5 years of project management experience, or a minimum of 7 years of project management experience
- Minimum of 4 years of experience working in the healthcare field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience driving projects within a cross-functional capacity
- Ability to perform high-volume, multiple concurrent projects, and competing priorities to meet scheduled project completion dates and customer expectations
- Ability to work and communicate with diverse work partners internal and external to GE and our customers
- Ability to work effectively from a remote home office
- Willingness to travel up to 10%, with overnight stays when needed
- Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Nice to Have
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as construction, healthcare IT, or equipment installations
- Demonstrated customer service experience working remotely with external customers in a clinical environment
- Ability to provide constructive feedback to cross-functional teams
- Knowledge and experience in the healthcare industry and with GEHC products
- Proficient in project management software, such as MS Project
- Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
