About the Role
The Project Manager II role at MMS is a unique opportunity to work on complex clinical trials and biometric projects, leading cross-functional teams and driving business growth. As a key member of the project management team, you will be responsible for developing and managing project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You will work closely with the biometrics team to develop and implement project plans, and will be responsible for managing and mitigating risks, issues, and changes to the project scope.The role entails day-to-day management of multiple projects, including developing project timelines, managing project budgets, and ensuring that all projects are delivered to the required quality standards. You will also be responsible for managing and developing relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to the development of the company's strategic plans.

What You Will Do
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for multiple projects
- Manage and mitigate risks, issues, and changes to the project scope
- Work closely with the biometrics team to develop and implement project plans
- Develop and manage relationships with clients, including identifying new business opportunities
- Contribute to the development of the company's strategic plans
- Manage and develop cross-functional project teams
- Develop and maintain project management documentation, including project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as life sciences, project management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the biometrics or clinical trials sector
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to manage and mitigate risks and issues
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience with project management tools and software, such as MSP
- Knowledge of biometric principles and clinical trials processes
Nice to Have
- Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment
- Knowledge of current ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards
- Familiarity with 21 CFR Part 11, FDA, and GCP requirements
- Certification in project management, such as PMP or PRINCE2
