As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing project roadmaps, client communications, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality results. You will work closely with the media and creative teams to develop and implement effective procedures and functions that meet the needs of clients.The role involves managing multiple stakeholders, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines. You will be the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams, ensuring that all parties are informed and up-to-date on project progress. Your expertise in digital marketing, project management tools, and Google and Facebook platforms will be essential in driving project success.

What You Will Do
- Track project requirements utilizing project management tools, such as Monday.com
- Lead the planning of communications and project roadmaps across internal and external stakeholders
- Plan and triage communications for effective response, including tagging and forwarding appropriate communications to new parties
- Influence parallel processes of creative operations, including creative approvals, pre-production, and asset organization
- Influence parallel processes of media operations, including campaign naming, audience organization, and campaign launches
- Influence parallel processes of reporting operations, including the delivery of new reports
- Prepare and maintain recurring client presentations, including weekly notes and monthly creative recaps
- Manage file organization by creating client-facing and internal documents as needed, using tools like Google Drive
- Implement quality control procedures to maintain high standards of output and continuously seek areas of improvement
- Host and lead weekly scrum meetings with internal team members to review high-level objectives and deliverables
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related major
- 2+ years of project management experience in digital marketing
- Highly knowledgeable with Google and Facebook platforms
- Ability to problem-solve and structure complex projects/plans with multiple stakeholders and deliverables
- Ability to communicate effectively to all employee and client levels, understanding both day-to-day and big picture
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing time effectively
- Experience with project management tools, such as Monday.com
- Experience with Slack and Google Drive

- Experience in the digital marketing industry, preferably with a focus on paid media
- Certification in project management or a related field
