Project Manager

What You Will Do

• Lead and manage medium complexity projects through the entire software development lifecycle
• Develop and review estimates and assumptions for project schedule, effort, and cost
• Determine project process, staffing requirements, team roles, and responsibilities
• Customize project process depending on circumstances
• Build and manage project requirements, including change management, backlog prioritization, and sprint planning
• Participate in the development and review of project artifacts, including technical requirements, user experience design, architecture, testing, and implementation documentation
• Ensure proper monitoring and periodic project health checks
• Maintain quality assurance and control in accordance with project requirements
• Establish clear ownership of project tasks and provide timely feedback to team members
• Set clear expectations, provide autonomy to team members, and track progress
• Encourage, motivate, and coordinate team members for synergistic results
• Ensure a positive team culture and help in staffing across the project
• Provide timely, accurate, and unbiased feedback to team members and senior management
• Report to Senior Management on project status

What We Are Looking For

• IT, Engineering, or MBA graduate with at least 2 years of experience in project management tools and procedures
• Demonstrable experience in handling medium complexity projects
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Nepali
• Fluent in client communication
• Demonstrable knowledge and experience of Agile development methodologies
• Technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to analyze available data and make decisions that affect the project
• Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail

Nice to Have

• Experience with project management software and tools
• Knowledge of cloud-based technologies and platforms
• Certification in Agile methodologies or project management
• Experience in working with remote teams
• Familiarity with DevOps practices
