About the Role

The Project Manager position at Miratech is a critical component of the company's mission to provide innovative IT services and consulting. This role is responsible for overseeing projects in the CX domain, working closely with vendors, and ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. What You Will Do

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects in the CX domain, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Manage and coordinate with vendors, ensuring that all vendor-related activities are properly planned, executed, and monitored.
  • Conduct business analytics to inform project decisions and drive business outcomes, using data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, resource allocation plans, and risk management plans.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure that project deliverables meet customer expectations.
  • Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements, discuss project progress, and resolve issues.
  • Prepare and deliver project reports, proposals, and presentations to various stakeholders, including project sponsors, customers, and senior management.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered within the agreed-upon timeframe, budget, and quality standards, and that lessons learned are documented and applied to future projects.
  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks, developing contingency plans as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project progress, issues, and changes.

What We Are Looking For

  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the IT or consulting industry.
  • Proven experience in managing projects with vendors, including contract management and vendor performance monitoring.
  • Strong business analytics skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret large data sets to inform business decisions.
  • A Master's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Technical and/or Economics Science.
  • Excellent self-management, planning, organizational, presentation, and analytical skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • Upper-Intermediate or higher English language proficiency.
  • Perfect communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with agile project management methodologies and tools.
  • Knowledge of IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL.
  • Certification in project management, such as PMP or PRINCE2.
  • Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment.
