About the Role

Louco Event Media GmbH is seeking a hands-on Project Manager / Product Operations Manager to work closely with our engineering team. The goal is to ensure smooth delivery of product features and maintain transparency across the team.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure smooth delivery of product features across backend, frontend, and mobile teams
  • Track progress of development tasks and maintain the product roadmap
  • Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies early and resolve them quickly
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and organize product and technical workshops

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Project Management, Product Operations, or Delivery Management
  • Proven experience working directly with software engineering teams
  • Experience with Agile development processes and product delivery workflows
