## About the Role The Project Scheduler position at Trilogy Federal is a part-time remote opportunity to support a large federal agency focused on modernizing healthcare functions. This role is pivotal in ensuring the timely execution of projects, which is critical for the effective modernization of healthcare services.   • Integrate project schedules into the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), ensuring consistency and coherence across all project components.
  • Support Agile cadence by facilitating the integration of Agile methodologies into the project schedule, ensuring flexibility and adaptability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that project schedules are met, and any deviations are addressed promptly.
  • Provide regular schedule status updates to stakeholders, highlighting progress, issues, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project schedules are robust and resilient.
  • Participate in project meetings, offering scheduling expertise to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with federal regulations and agency standards in project scheduling and execution.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance scheduling efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to project schedules, ensuring that all records are accurate and up-to-date.
## What We Are Looking For - A minimum of 4 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years specifically in project scheduling for large-scale IT or healthcare programs.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Project Management, IT, or Healthcare Administration.
  • Expertise in MS Project for schedule development and maintenance, with the ability to integrate schedules into IMS and support Agile cadence.
  • Proven work experience with an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and knowledge of both Agile and waterfall methodologies.
  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance, with a background that meets federal agency requirements.
