What You Will Do

  • Schedule project meetings and milestone reviews to ensure that all team members are informed and aligned with project timelines.
  • Coordinate calendars and team availability to minimize conflicts and ensure that all necessary team members are present at meetings.
  • Maintain project schedules and timeline updates to reflect changes and ensure that all stakeholders are informed.
  • Communicate scheduling changes to stakeholders, including team members, project leaders, and external partners.
  • Assist with project tracking and reporting to ensure that project progress is accurately recorded and reported.
  • Support overall project coordination efforts by providing administrative support and ensuring that all project-related tasks are completed on time.
  • Manage and maintain project documentation, including meeting notes, action items, and project schedules.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase project efficiency and effectiveness.
