PROJECT SPECIALIST HEALTHCARE

About the Role

As a key member of the iMPROve Health team, the Project Specialist will play a vital role in driving the company's mission to improve healthcare outcomes. This will involve working with a range of stakeholders, including clinicians, patients, and healthcare organizations, to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.

What You Will Do

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinicians, developers, and designers, to develop innovative healthcare solutions
• Conduct stakeholder analysis and develop stakeholder engagement plans to ensure that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle
• Manage project risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies as needed
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes
• Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, including stakeholder meetings and team meetings
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clinicians, patients, and healthcare organizations
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in healthcare and digital technology, and use this knowledge to inform project decisions

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as healthcare, project management, or digital technology
• At least 3 years of experience in a project management or related role, preferably in the healthcare industry
• Strong background in digital skills, including project management software and digital communication tools
• Experience working in a remote team environment, with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape, including current trends and challenges
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to manage project risks and issues
• Experience with project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall

Nice to Have

• Certification in project management, such as PMP or Agile
• Experience working with electronic health records (EHRs) or other healthcare technology systems
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards, such as HIPAA
• Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment, with a strong ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
