Project Systems Engineer

The successful candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be working closely with clients to understand their technical requirements and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.

What You Will Do

• Implement, administer, upgrade, configure, and support M365, Windows, Azure, and Active Directory for Mid-Market and Enterprise clients
• Configure and support network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for clients and internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues
• Provide excellent customer service and communication to clients, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues
• Develop and implement Automation scripts using PowerShell
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, escalating to senior engineers when necessary
• Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions to improve team expertise and efficiency
• Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud services and technologies, applying this knowledge to improve client solutions

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience as a Systems Engineer, with a focus on cloud services and Microsoft technologies
• 5+ years of experience working with M365, Active Directory, Windows, and Azure Cloud Services
• Prior experience configuring and supporting network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points
• Experience working for an MSP, VAR, or Professional Services organization
• PowerShell scripting experience
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to travel domestically up to 10%
• Strong technical background, with the ability to learn and adapt quickly

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud security and compliance frameworks
• Knowledge of IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL
• Certification in Microsoft Azure, M365, or related technologies
