The Property Management Virtual Assistant role is a critical component of WOW Remote Teams' daily operations, providing essential support to the property management team. What You Will Do
- Manage daily administrative tasks related to residential property management
- Communicate with tenants regarding questions, requests, and follow-ups
- Assist with tenant screening and tenant-related documentation
- Coordinate and schedule maintenance services with vendors and contractors
- Track rent payments, invoices, and other property management financial records
- Maintain organized property documentation and records
- Support vendor coordination and scheduling for repairs or property needs
- Assist with property-related paperwork and operational processes
- Work with internal systems to keep property data accurate and updated
- Follow established SOPs and suggest improvements when needed
- Collaborate with the property management team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
What We Are Looking For
- Previous experience supporting residential property management operations
- Experience communicating with tenants and vendors
- Ability to handle property management administrative tasks
- Experience tracking rents, invoices, and property-related financial records
- Experience coordinating maintenance and service providers
- Experience using Rentvine property management software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently
- Comfortable managing multiple operational tasks simultaneously
