What You Will Do
- Collect, verify, and maintain accurate property information and records
- Manage tenant communications and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner

- Prepare and manage leases, forms, and notices using Google Forms and Docs
- Track rent payments, late fees, and lease renewals
- Maintain organized digital records via Google Drive and Sheets
- Ensure compliance with relevant housing laws and regulations
- Support property marketing and tenant onboarding processes
- Collaborate with the team to resolve any issues that may arise
- Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and stakeholders
What We Are Looking For
- Previous experience in property management is required
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to obtain and manage information with accuracy and confidentiality
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Forms, Drive, Gmail, Calendar)
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
