## About the Role As a Property Manager at Remote VA, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our residential properties in the Philippines. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include maintaining accurate records, handling tenant inquiries, and coordinating maintenance activities. You will be the primary point of contact for tenants, vendors, and property owners, and will be responsible for building strong relationships with these stakeholders. ## What You Will Do - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leases, tenant information, maintenance logs, and financial transactions - Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries, concerns, and lease renewals - Coordinate maintenance activities, including receiving and responding to maintenance requests, dispatching vendors, and following up to ensure timely resolution - Track rent payments, issue receipts, and update accounting systems accordingly - Communicate with property owners, tenants, and vendors to resolve issues and provide excellent customer service - Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with local regulations - Develop and implement strategies to improve tenant satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with the accounting team to prepare financial reports and budgets - Stay up-to-date with changes in local regulations and laws affecting the property management industry
## What We Are Looking For - Prior experience in property management, leasing, or administrative support - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency with property management software, such as AppFolio, Buildium, or Rentec Direct - Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks - Basic understanding of rental agreements and tenant rights - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills - Familiarity with local regulations and laws affecting the property management industry
