What You Will Do
- Coordinate the development of proposals, statements of qualifications, and presentations across multiple business units
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless proposal development and submission
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Inframark's services and capabilities
- Conduct research to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date on industry trends
- Assist in the development of marketing materials, including brochures and website content
- Coordinate with the design team to create visually appealing proposals and presentations
- Develop and maintain a database of proposal content, including templates and libraries
- Provide support for business development initiatives, including event planning and trade show coordination
- Stay current with industry developments and emerging trends, applying this knowledge to improve proposal quality and effectiveness
What We Are Looking For
- BA/BS Degree in English, Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in proposal management or a related field
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with time and project management tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
