About the Role
The Protocol Review Specialist role at Sun Coast Sciences is a unique opportunity for individuals passionate about skincare, health, and wellness to make a meaningful impact on customers' lives. As a Protocol Review Specialist, you will conduct 20-minute consultative appointments with customers who have purchased the company's skincare and wellness products. Your primary objective will be to guide these customers through personalized, science-backed wellness protocols tailored to the products they've purchased, optimizing their results and enhancing their overall well-being.The role is integral to the company's mission to transform lives through effective, personalized wellness solutions. What You Will Do
- Conduct 20-minute consultative appointments with customers to guide them through personalized wellness protocols.
- Utilize a proven, permission-based selling approach to identify opportunities where customers could benefit from additional supplements, products, or devices.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's skincare and wellness products, including their ingredients, benefits, and applications.
- Build strong, genuine relationships with customers, providing them with personalized support and guidance throughout their wellness journey.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the skincare and wellness industry to continuously improve customer consultations.
- Manage customer data and sales performance using the company's CRM and phone system.
- Participate in training and professional development programs to enhance your knowledge and skills in skincare, wellness, and sales.
- Provide feedback and insights to the company on customer needs, preferences, and trends.
What We Are Looking For

- Fluent English speaker with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Commitment to full-time work, with the ability to work a standard schedule of Monday through Friday, 9am-5:30pm CST, and potential weekend appointments.
- A commission-driven mindset, with motivation to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.
- Technical requirements, including stable high-speed internet, a reliable computer with a working microphone, camera, and noise-cancelling headset, and a backup system for power and internet outages.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with self-motivation and discipline to manage your time effectively.
- Background in skincare, health, wellness, or sales is an asset, but a strong willingness to learn and grow is essential.

- Experience in consultative sales or a related field, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
