About the Role
As a Protocol Review Specialist at Sun Coast Sciences, you will be responsible for conducting 20-minute consultative appointments with customers who have purchased the company's skincare and wellness products. Your primary goal will be to guide these customers through personalized wellness protocols that optimize their results and transform their lives. What You Will Do
- Conduct 20-minute consultative appointments with customers to guide them through personalized wellness protocols
- Build relationships with customers, understanding their unique needs and goals
- Identify opportunities to recommend additional products or services that support customers' beauty and wellness objectives
- Utilize a permission-based selling approach to drive sales and revenue growth
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Stay up-to-date with the latest skincare and wellness trends, products, and technologies
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Analyze customer feedback and sales data to optimize your consultative approach and improve results
What We Are Looking For
- Genuine passion for skincare, health, and wellness
- Fluent English speaker with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Commitment to full-time work, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
- Technical requirements, including a reliable computer, high-speed internet, and noise-cancelling headset
- Strong sales and customer service skills, with a focus on building relationships and driving revenue growth
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a self-motivated and results-driven approach
- Familiarity with CRM and phone systems, or the ability to learn these technologies quickly
