About the Role
The Protocol Review Specialist position at Sun Coast Sciences is a unique opportunity to combine your passion for skincare and health with your sales skills to drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth. As a key member of the customer-facing team, you'll work closely with customers to understand their beauty goals and provide personalized wellness protocols to help them achieve optimal results. With a focus on building strong relationships and identifying Opportunities to upsell related products, you'll play a critical role in driving business growth and customer loyalty.In this role, you'll work Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM CST, with additional weekend appointments available to increase your earning potential. You'll have access to a beautifully designed and lightning-fast CRM and phone system, making it easy to manage your appointments and customer interactions.
What You Will Do
- Conduct 20-minute consultative appointments with customers to guide them through personalized wellness protocols
- Utilize a proven permission-based selling approach to identify opportunities to upsell related products and drive revenue growth
- Build strong relationships with customers to understand their beauty goals and provide tailored recommendations
- Stay up-to-date on the latest skincare and wellness trends and products to provide expert advice and guidance
- Manage a high volume of customer appointments and interactions, prioritizing exceptional customer service and sales performance
- Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and drive business growth
- Utilize Excel to track and analyze sales performance and customer data
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Maintain a high level of integrity and professionalism in all customer interactions
What We Are Looking For

- Fluent English speaker with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Commitment to full-time work, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
- Commission-driven mindset and motivation to achieve sales targets
- Technical requirements, including stable high-speed internet, reliable computer, and noise-cancelling headset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box

- Sales experience, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction
