About the Role

The Provider Enrollment Account Manager is a critical position that will serve as the single-point-of-contact for clients, managing the entire provider enrollment process from start to finish. As a key member of the CompuGroup Medical team, you will be responsible for compiling and maintaining current and accurate data for all providers, ensuring seamless communication with both internal and external stakeholders. With a strong focus on patient outcomes, our company is committed to revolutionizing the way healthcare professionals access and utilize information.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of provider enrollment experience, with a deep understanding of the credentialing and provider enrollment process. You will be working closely with the enrollment team, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful onboarding of new providers. Your ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage your time effectively will be essential in this fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Compile and maintain current and accurate data for all providers, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Complete statewide credentialing and recredentialing applications for commercial payers, Medicare, and Medicaid
  • Monitor the application process end-to-end, following up with payers and providers as needed
  • Train and manage Enrollment Specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful onboarding of new providers
  • Reconcile provider enrollment data and payor rosters, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all systems
  • Maintain the internal provider database, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and effective issue resolution
  • Develop and implement process improvements, identifying opportunities for increased efficiency and productivity
  • Stay current with industry developments, attending training sessions and conferences to maintain expertise

What We Are Looking For

  • Minimum of 3 years of provider enrollment experience, with a deep understanding of the credentialing and provider enrollment process
  • Excellent multi-tasking, prioritizing, and time management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with providers, management, staff, and contacts outside the organization
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop creative solutions
  • Proficiency in Excel, with experience working with large datasets and performing complex data analysis
  • Knowledge of digital healthcare and the role of data management in this field

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with electronic health records (EHRs) and practice management systems (PMS)
  • Certification in provider enrollment or a related field, such as CPC or CPMA
  • Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
