About the Role
Clarity Pediatrics is revolutionizing the way pediatric chronic care is delivered, starting with ADHD. As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive clinical services to children and teens with ADHD and their families. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, psychologists, and other clinicians, to deliver exceptional care. What You Will Do
- Provide comprehensive clinical services for children and teens with ADHD and their families
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care
- Complete administrative work and clinical documentation in a timely and accurate manner
- Contribute to program development and iteration to ensure optimal delivery of care
- Develop and maintain relationships with patients and families
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in ADHD treatment
- Participate in peer consultation groups and guidance from ADHD experts
- Pursue ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
- Utilize technology to deliver virtual care and support to families
- Work with families from diverse cultural backgrounds, delivering culturally responsive treatment
What We Are Looking For
- Licensed to practice medicine in California
- Psychiatric NP with pediatrics specialty
- At least 5 years of patient care experience
- Experience managing stimulant medications for ADHD
- Experience working with families from different cultural backgrounds
- Willingness to receive ongoing training and support in delivering culturally responsive treatment
- Confidence in using technology to deliver virtual care and support
- Interest or experience in Lifestyle Medicine, including sleep hygiene, nutritional coaching, and aerobic activity
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Nice to Have
- Licensed in additional states or open to obtaining additional licenses
- Spanish-speaking
- Experience with electronic health records (EHRs)
- Knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare regulations
